No No There were no responses to my emails for 3 days

No No There were no responses to my emails for 3 days regarding getting the 2nd key fob. When I picked up the car, no one showed me the basics about how to use it, even though Christian sent me an email saying he did. He did not. I came to pick the car up, was given one key fob by him, not two, and had to wait for the car to get out of the wash bay. Christian and Reymond said quick goodbyes, and I drove away from the red carpet staging area. I feel this is poor service for someone who just paid nearly $42k in cash for the car.
