Service by Cristo. Alexander was excellent. Thanks

I came in today and had my vehicle serviced by Criston Alexander. He was very friendly and courteous. The waiting lobby was immaculate. He had my vehicle serviced and I was out in less than an hour. I was extremely happy with my service and I will come again to have my vehicle serviced because of his excellent customer svc.

Service provider, Andrew Yi, damaged my car...There was...

Service provider, Andrew Yi, damaged my car...There was a big white scratch on the rear driver side of my car after service...At that time Andrew acknowledged it was not there and tried to buff it out.... Fast forward....After speaking with management they disputing and now Andrew saying he don't remember when he tried to buff it out! FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEES AND MANAGERS

I received excellent service from Eric. He listened to what I said. He was courteous and showed he appreciated my business. He did not try to pressure me to buy more service than I needed.

FRAUDULENT-damaged my car

Service provider, Andrew Yi damaged my car....big white paint stain and tried to buff it out only to leave behind scratches...he told me to come back and speak with management...now he's claiming he dont remember and they refuse to fix my car!

Horrible service..don't do what asked for

Highly unprofessional. Don't do what has been asked for. I wanted my old tire to be returned. They didn't do it and giving me vague reasons like it magically disappeared from the service center

Long wait for service

It’s been so long I had to wait from 915 am to almost 3pm it’s sucked was hungry so bad had to relie on chips from vending machine

Unable to get tag

I purchased a car in the middle of February and paid taxes to the deanship. I never got a tag because they did not pay South Carolina. I had to pay taxes so that I could get my tag. I have written to the General manager and also texted him I haven't had a reply. I am out $500.

Different price quotes

Some of the employees there don’t wear face masks but when I called in to make an appointment they requested everyone to wear one when enter their facility. On the phone an associate quoted me a price with all my car information but when I dropped my car off another associate gave me a higher price with that same information.
