Disorganized and slow
Made an apt for service and still had to wait 30min before I could drop off my car. The entire process was slow and disorganized. They didn’t even fill my tires up with air. I will definitely not go back.

Sienna door repair
We took our car in to get the recall on the doors fixed. Our kids car seats were removed without our permission, we were not notified they were removed and they were just tossed in the back of our car. On top of having to reinstall our car seats, the driver side sliding door doesn't even work which means we will have to repeat this process all over again.

Worst service experience- skip this dealership
First, all service is in portable buildings. I scheduled appointment online for 60,000 service for 7:00 am. Arrived just after 7. Waited in long line of cars. Someone did immediately come to my car, I explained that I had a 7 am service appointment. Service agent came to my car finally at about 7:20. Explained again why I was there. Went into portable bldg. in the pouring rain. He began asking for name, phone number, etc. I reminded him that I had scheduled online, and asked if he couldn’t see the information that I had already entered. He then began to quote the price for various services, at which time I had been quoted a price on line for the 60,000 service, that’s what I ageeed to. I finally brought up my reservation confirmation . At that time I noticed that I had been assigned a different service advisor, so perhaps my experience would have been more positive had I seen him. I then had to walk back out in the rain to another portable bldg. where rhe waiting room was. In the rain. There was no coffee or water, and people were crammed in. At 10:00. - 3 hours after my scheduled appointment, I received a call and suggested new wiper blades, which I did agree to, and done other service at a cost of over $200. I declined. I pulled off of their lot at about 10:40. A ridiculous amount of time to service my car. No where in the over 40 years that I have been driving had it taken that long. Not even for my diesel car that I owned for many years, and it was s tad more complicated to service. I won’t be back. I’ll

Excellent service
I was needing my headlights replaced so I called Andrew for an appt. He told me there was a recall for that specific part on my Prius so I went in and had a speedy service - finished an hour before the estimated time and they also noticed another bulb that needed to be replaced. My experience is always great here and I trust this dealership with my car. I will remain a loyal customer with my Prius.

Oil change and replace tail light
Daniel did a great job. Wait was longer than I anticipated. I suspect a lot had to do with the renovation being done. Hopefully renovation will be done quickly, because customer waiting area was very warm and not very comfortable

Great communication
World Toyota has helped keep my car in good shape and now it has over 250,000 miles. I appreciate their care and attention to detail - it’s always extra peace of mind to be able to talk with knowledgeable staff by phone (or now text!) while waiting for repairs. Andrew was excellent today. I highly recommend him!
