The service was extremely fast and the process was efficient. Service person was friendly and answered all of my questions. The garage was busy but very clean.

I’ve consistently had good experiences getting my car

I’ve consistently had good experiences getting my car serviced at World Toyota—the maintenance is reliable, and the process is usually smooth. However, I’ve noticed that the sales representatives can come across as a bit too focused on upselling, which makes the experience feel more like a sales pitch than a service visit. For example, during a recent visit, I was asked about purchasing new tires. I explained that I already had brand new tires at home and planned to have them installed soon. Despite this, I was repeatedly pressured to buy tires from them, even after clearly saying no. It left me feeling like the priority was making a sale rather than respecting my decision or looking out for my best interest.

This is the only Toyota location I?

This is the only Toyota location I?ve ever been to since moving back to GA and this was the first time in two years that I?ve received such exceptional service. There seems to be a high turn over rate amongst the service advisors but I was glad to had have been paired with Cesar. I can?t say enough good things about him.

I’ve relied on World Toyota for over 30 years to give me reliable cars and then keep them going after the purchase. Getting service done on your car gives everyone a few butterflies in their stomach, but all-in-all, they always seem mostly reliable and trustworthy. When you have to have something done to your car, you know it is done right.They are definitely better than other service centers I have dealt with.
