We got exceptional service from our salesamn (Joshua). The car was just moved in the ready for sale area, and we told were ready to buy the car. Joshua made sure we got the vehical and explained to us how the sale would work. We are paying cash and he told us all we needed to know. He is a personable and honest man and we would like to give him the highest grades we can give him

I would like to commend Donnie Davis on his customer

I would like to commend Donnie Davis on his customer service expertise - straightforward, transparent, professional and without pressure! I have had the privilege of purchasing 2 Toyota's at Hampton from Donnie and have been extremely pleased with his service each time! His knowledge of vehicles is incredible. The Highlander was purchased sight unseen, and everything was exactly as depicted when it arrived. No surprises, nothing! Donnie delivered as promised! Hampton Toyota went above and beyond when they hired Donnie Davis as a Sales Representative. He is prompt, efficient, professional, precise and very courteous which was certainly appreciated. I would highly recommend Donnie to others. You won't regret it! Special thanks to: The sales manager (Tosha Stein) - was super attentive and came by several times to make sure we were satisfied with the service! The finance person (Candace Comeaux) - was amazing to work with. Simplified the process and ensured I received all Toyota's rebates. Awesome Team!!

todd was very sweet.

todd was very sweet. i went in told him the car i wanted and we got started. he made me feel heard and very welcome to sit with him at his desk. he didn’t make me feel like i couldn’t do it but encouraged me to do it . todd all the way !!

I purchased a used 2022 4 Runner SR 5 with 46,000 Miles

I purchased a used 2022 4 Runner SR 5 with 46,000 Miles and was disappointed when I picked it up after Hampton keeping it for 2 days and supposedly thoroughly inspected it. When I opened the hood I noticed that all the fluids including the power steering, brake and radiator coolant were low. Also the air filter and cabin filter were extremely dirty. Which tells me the service department didn’t even probably open the hood. They did say they changed the oil but there was no sticker on the windshield so who knows if they did that! Very disappointing customer service!
