During my experience I overheard and witnessed employees being screamed at and berated by who I assume is their manager. It was quite disturbing and the salesman I was working with acted a little secretive like he couldn’t acknowledge it or talk about it when I asked. I would never, ever, ever financially support an establishment that disrespects the workers who make their entire business function. I told the salesman that I was sorry but I would not be getting my car from this place. Disturbing and upsetting.

The Hampton Toyota crew was absolutely amazing! I went in with an older model car in mind and left with a 2026! The team negotiated to get me a really good APR rate! So thankful! I had to order my car and Harleigh kept me updated through the wait! My car came in actually faster lol! The finance worker was also amazing super positive and honest about the warranties! Get the GAP insurance people lol! Overall the best experience for my first time buying a car. Definitely staying with the Toyota family thanks to them!!
