My experience with Chai was truly good.

My experience with Chai was truly good. First I came to buy a Tacoma and didn't do it. I hadn't an correct idea of what I want. But Chai still helpful during all the time I spent there this day. So, after visiting many dealers, when I did my full idea on what I need, I directly came see Chai. And it was a good decision. He helped me so much during all the process. THANKS so much guy for being there for me.

My car was totaled by a person Ning a sop sign.

My car was totaled by a person Ning a sop sign. I had it towed to Toyota as I have inherent trust w brand. Service Leslie told me about suggested body shop. She was so nice as this was trauma. Then I was shopping comparables provided by insurance company and I got hold of salesperson Dallas at Hampton. He answered my questions and did his research on a used vehicle. So easy to work with; we looked at used and I ended up w nobrainer new. Then I dreaded the finance office visit. I enjoyed my time w Mr Kyle and can say this was the best car financial experience I have had in my over 60 years and many miles. I look forward to working w them in the future.

Hampton Toyota was an excellent place to shop for and buy a vehicle. Candace Comeaux, the salesperson provided thorough service and was very knowledgeable. The financing was made easier with Dustin Trahan's help. I appreciate that the deal is not over once I drove off the lot, but can contact them for any future needs or concerns and they will be responsive. This will lead me to do business with them again!

This is my first purchase with Hampton.

This is my first purchase with Hampton. Why isn't Ethan on the Sales list below? Ethan Johnson was enthusiastic, friendly, informative, and patient while answering my questions, looking over the Lot. I really liked a particular color and needed a lighter interior. He helped make that happen! The one thing most buyers avoid is a "pushy" sales person (where sales "quotas" appear more important than a happy customer). Ethan was attentive, answering my calls pronto. . . a big plus! The company seems very customer-oriented. I'm old enough to know -- Trust is not something you inherently deserve -- it has to be earned. So far, it appears we're off to a good start.

Kyle Vidrine was awesome and very professional, he made

Kyle Vidrine was awesome and very professional, he made buying a new vehicle so easy. We told him where we wanted our note to be and how much we could put as a down payment and he made it happen. Kyle told us what the interest rate was, he went through every paper before we signed it, all the warranties and gap insurance was explained to us in our language. The car we wanted was in transit, so when the care came a week later we thought we thought we had more paperwork when we went to pick up the car. We went to Kyle's office he said we had nothing to do but get in our new car and enjoy it. We give him an A+. Dallas Freeman an awesome salesman he called us he text us he was on top of it. He sent us pictures of the vehicle. we enjoyed our time at Hampton Toyota.
