I appreciate the sales rep respecting my preferences, communicating regularly but not too the point of being obnoxious. I have heard from several different folks there (hope I did not leave one out) but all were professional and courteous.

If you are buying a car from Edmond Hyundai ask for Easton. He is a no pressure kind of salesman. He showed us several vehicles on the lot and answered all of our questions. We explained to him what we were looking for and he located the perfect vehicle for us. He is knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I will definitely recommend Edmond Hyundai to all my friends. Edmond Hyundai routinely has the lowest priced listings

Edmond Hyundai routinely has the lowest priced listings on Cars.com. Upon contacting the dealership to attempt to buy a vehicle, however, regardless of which listed model you pick, your credit score, or financing choices, the vehicle price is always revealed to be 30% or more higher than advertised. The dealership habitual violates the laws governing new vehicle listings and sales in the State of Oklahoma. Despite multiple warnings, including reaching out to the GM with the relevant state statutes and examples of violations, the dealership continues unscrupulous practices and making false or misleading listings. These listings will be reported to the State moving forward.

Very good experience.

Very good experience. Our salesperson, Rylee Davenport, was amazing. She was very respectful and orifessional. In fact, that can be said of all the personnel(Zane and Andrew) I came in contact with. This was the most pleasant buying experiences i have ever had.

Outstanding customer service.

Outstanding customer service. Jacob, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and courtesy. After purchasing the Santa Cruz, he patiently described and demonstrated all the little details about the vehicle. He answered all of our questions even though some of them were repeat question. The entire staff is commendable from the sales rep to the financial advisor. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the service provided by Edmond Hyundai.

Would not honor advertised price.

Would not honor advertised price. We drove 1200 miles only to be told the price was incorrect because we didn't qualify for all the discounts reflected in the advertised price. Wanted to charge $4000 more before adding on taxes and dealers fees. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This was our first experience purchasing a brand new

This was our first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were promptly greeted by Salesman Ryan W. Ryan was kind, humble, accommodating and went above and beyond to give us the best car buying experience. From the moment we walked in until the time we pulled out, he was right there every step of the way. No matter how many times I thanked him, he was so humble. Ryan was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot as well as the one we had placed on hold prior to making the trip to Edmond. Now, about the dealership and the people as a whole. From the time we walked in until the time we left, we were greeted with warm welcomes and smiles every step of the way - front desk, salesmen, managers and finance. Never once were we ever made to feel less than. Our experience at Edmond Hyundai was topnotch and I can’t say enough good things about them.
