From the moment I stepped on the grounds .I was treated with respect. A gentleman Matt whom guided me through the grounds to show me the different options I had for my tastes..to afew men and women that he introduced me to..whom also had guiding words...not once did I feel like a dollar sign ..in which yes I know it's about a sale..but they put that to the side while I was weighing all my options. The Crew at Elwood was great to deal with! Starting with Rebecca, who returned my inquiry about a new Ram Truck I was looking at. She checked if the truck I saw on the internet was still on the lot. To Ethan who was my sales associate. Who went with me and my family to answer all our questions and concerns. And Marcio the sales manager at Elwood, who worked with me on my trade and made sure all my discounts and rebates were put through to get the best deal we could. They worked hard to get us the right price on our truck purchase, and we never felt any pressure. Let's not forget Bill our business manager who late on a Saturday, got our plates transfer done and insurance info done, so we could take our New Ram truck home that night! They even filled the tank for us! On Tuesday Ethan sent an email follow up asking if everything was great. To my surprise I got a check engine light come on Monday morning. Ethan and Marcio got right on it! they were ready to send a flatbed to pick it up the truck and leave me a loner. I decided after talking to them, that it was safe to just drive the truck back to Elmwood as I don't work too far away. Ethan met me at the door and took the truck right back to service. They had the truck done as I waited, maybe 15 minutes! Was just a reset on the system that was needed. No problems or lights now, all is good! Great team at Elmwood!
