Car had a recall so brought it to the dealer , at the dealer offered me $1300 in services including oil change , paid them , after 6 hours told me there was no recall , didn?t update my next oil change sticker, didn?t update the miles in the vehicle, didn?t update the service in the app, now I have messages in my phone and my car saying that the oil never got charged and I need to bring it to the dealer for service. I travel a lot for work and never have time to stop for service, now all I have to say is the terrible service I had at the Hyundai dealer in Pineville and not much help from them to fix it so far

There is a scam in which a South Charlotte Hyundai customer receives a very authentic-looking letter claiming to be from the dealership. It will have exact information about your car, and is offering a "maintenance package" to protect you from the "high costs" of maintenance. It is signed " Ryan Davis, Vehicle Protection Coordinator, South Charlotte Hyundai. If you call, they act the part well, aiming to get your credit card number. Don't fall for it. They reportedly will bill your card and yet you will never locate or reach them. The fraudsters could actually be anywhere in the world. While the dealership sales people are very aware of this scam, trying to contact top management about it results in silence. Perhaps that is from legal advice? Someone actually caught in the scam could report it, e.g., to the FTC or NC authorities. But advice from an attorney friend is change your credit card, seek credit from your card company, and block their communications.

Keely did a great job from the time that I got there until I left the lot. She was spot on with everything. Even got some spots off the car that I could not get. She was very helpful.

Had a valve engine casket replaced as well as new spark
Had a valve engine casket replaced as well as new spark plugs and oil change . All done expertly and in a very timely manner. Service at South Charlotte Hyundai is top-shelf. Much appreciated
