I already explained to the staff what the problem was from the other dealership that I took my car to in Concord thinking that the recall would be taken care of after turning my car over to them at South Boulevard Hyundai to only find out that my VIN number was excluded from the repair Which cost me money that I did not expect to pay. I felt like they should?ve checked with Hyundai about the recall before running a diagnostic on my car and call me to let me know that my car was not covered and if they were to run a diagnostic, I would be charged with. I want to accept the repair fees or not then I would have felt like they were giving me an option to proceed with it diagnostic I just felt like I was not given an option after letting them know ahead of time while I was bringing them my vehicle, knowing what the problem was so I was charged for what I already knew. I was bringing my car in for thinking it would be taken care of because it was a recall.
