I’ll be honest — I didn’t plan on trading in my Prius so

I’ll be honest — I didn’t plan on trading in my Prius so soon. But sometimes, the right person just makes you feel confident about a decision. That’s exactly what Najma, my salesperson did. From the moment I arrived, she treated me with patience, respect, and genuine enthusiasm. She went above and beyond to make sure the deal worked, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. Yes, I know she earns a commission — that’s part of the job. But the effort she put in went far beyond that. She really cared about making sure I left happy, and I did. I absolutely love my new Honda Accord. It’s night and day from my old car, and I have her to thank for that. Jesse in finance also deserves credit — he was friendly, professional, and kept the whole process smooth. But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of Najma. She turned what could’ve been just another car transaction into a genuinely positive experience.

Pending further work.

Pending further work. Will update once follow is provided. While the dealer completed the work within good time frame, they did not correct the issue I brought it in for. After trying to speak to someone to get some assistance for the issue, I kept getting sent to voicemail after voicemail. After I asked to speak to the supervisor I then again was sent to another voicemail (surprise, surprise). I will continue to contact the dealer until I get a response, and will drive out there if I don't get a response back in a week.

False info on diagnostic, telling me to replace audio

False info on diagnostic, telling me to replace audio unit do the heater heating radio. My problem had nothing to do with that. Tech didnt know cause of problem and made up problem
