It’s very unorganized and people are inattentive. The guy who helped me did not seem happy that I asked about the oil change coupon after the invoice was processed. Also, I have been to variety of Honda dealerships and most of them do not finalize the invoice until I pick up my car so why do I need to show a coupon at the beginning? Another thing, I did not feel welcome… Very disappointed with the service …
