Very good customer service. The advisor Steven Cuevas was very helpful. Some employee took off my sticker for my tire rotation from Cotsco. It was not on the way. Sorry.

I brought my can in for 1st time maintenance, they change oil but didn't tight the oil filter and I have oil spell in my driveway and all over the walk area. I took it back and they washed it clean and replaced oil filter. But they never asked if my driveway mess it created. Not happy.

Problem with my crv was taken care of. Waiting area for customers was very comfortable and they also offered coffee or chocolate.overall experience was excellent.

Visited couple of other dealerships before returning to Precision Honda, what a World of Difference! They had the exact model and color we wanted and the willingness to complete the sales where we were comfortable.
