Dear Mr. Dunham, GM My wife and I stopped by your shop yesterday to get some help to operate correctly with Navi. Upon my wife stopped car in the Service area, your employee, Ron came right away with paper and pen and asked us "May I help you". From that point on he explained every thing very clearly over and over until Asian customer understands 100%. We had to thanking him few times when we depart your Service area. Having such excellent employee in front line in the Service area, you do not need any advertisement. Ron is the best and most valuable advertisement. Excellent care and attention to detail so far
Mike has been great with the process of finding the right car for me. Buying the car was almost too easy. Bijal is being so helpful to get the "tech" stuff working on my car. I'm learning and she is very patient and thorough. It's a great experience and I LOVE MY NEW CAR

Replacing a headlamp; no appointment necessary
After arriving at a very busy time at the service department in the middle of the afternoon without an appointment to have a headlamp replaced, I was immediately helped by Ron in the service area. He informed Brenda, my long time service tech who advised that the matter would be addressed at once. After about 15 minutes in the comfort of the waiting area, my ML350 was ready. I requested a car wash which was promptly provided. Both Ron and Brenda were a pleasure to deal with. Overall a prompt and pleasant experience!

Immediate SERVICE
Saturday morning before a week long winter trip I received a warning message - check passenger low beam. Drove to New Country in Hartford, drive-in service door opened, greeted by Ron who immediately addressed the problem, walked with me to the parts department, brought the bulb to a tech (Emett) and before I paid ($12.00) for the bulb, the work was done. Thank you, GM Steve...great people, excellent service!

Ok, where do I begin? Never in my life have I experienced such amazing service, consideration, sensitivity to what my needs were, and anyone who went out of their way and above and beyond like Mike T. did for me and my family. This was just an amazing experience. I haven't been treated so good ever, even at a 5 star hotel. New Country Mercedes is the epitome of customer service. There wasn't a time where Mike was too busy to answer my questions, assist in creating the best deal for our budget, he even came to our home to sign papers because we couldn't get to the dealership due to such hectic schedules. Who makes house calls? Mike does. Now everyone please don't expect this man to run to your house but know that this man goes above and beyond to accommodate you. New Country, because of Mike, you have lifetime customers. My greatest hope is that you reward Mike accordingly for this kind of service. I would like to see him recognized please.
