Hayes is exceptional.

Hayes is exceptional. My advisor Bryan Reyes is excellent. He explains everything to me to when it comes to any recommendations to my Jeep. He’s funny and friendly too. That’s why I keep coming back.

From test drive to getting the keys, our experience, once again was excellent. We drove 5-6 different SUVs from their stocked preowned lot but ultimately went with another Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. Our previous Jeep had 185k miles and not one issue in the 10 yrs we owned it! Of course the 2025 model is larger and obviously updated! We couldn’t be happier with our decision. Bowen,our sales associate was polite, knowledgable and very accommodating. Rubin in financing was efficient, explained everything precisely without any pressure. We left with a brand new Jeep that I hope lasts for another 185,000 miles! Hayes family dealership treats you just like family!.

Jonathan was very helpful in all aspects of our purchase However, the detail department could’ve been better. There was spots all over the inside of the truck in the windows were terrible.

2015 honda civic needs clutch replacement. Everyone knows. Service team can’t “recreate the noise”. So they took away the “we owe” contract and took back the car.
