I recently visited this Acura dealership with high hopes of purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle. Unfortunately my experience was far from what I expected from a refutable dealership. We met with the sales representative Dylan Walton who seemed helpful at first but after a few minutes, it felt like an afterthought. Dylan seemed distracted and uninterested in finding the right car. I had done my research and came prepared with questions but most were met with vague answers and deflections. While negotiating, Dylan became less cooperative , and the tone switch from helpful to dismissive. The most frustrating point came when I asked to speak with the general manager to voice my concerns. I was told they were unavailable and despite multiple request they declined to meet with me. The manager even walked by me while I was sitting there. That lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage with a serious buyer was incredibly disappointing. I couldn’t help but notice that other customers who didn’t look like me seemed to be treated with more attentiveness and respect. I sincerely hope this wasn’t a reflection of bias but the contrast was hard to ignore. Everyone deserves to be treated with fairness and dignity regardless of background . As it stands I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I recently purchased a beautiful car from Montgomeryville Acura, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I had. As a woman navigating the car-buying process on my own, I was a little nervous walking in but my salesperson, Dylan, immediately put me at ease. He was patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the car that was the best fit for me not just making a sale. Dylan took the time to walk me through several different options, encouraged me to test drive multiple vehicles, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He answered every question thoroughly and made sure I fully understood my choices, which made me feel respected and confident throughout the process. On top of that, I received a very fair deal on my trade-in, which made it possible for me to drive home in a car I truly love at a payment that comfortably fits my budget. Dylan was also wonderful in taking the extra time to explain all the features of my new vehicle so that I left the dealership feeling empowered, not overwhelmed. This was hands-down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Montgomeryville Acura and especially Dylan for anyone looking for honesty, patience, and genuine care in the process.

Only have a 1 star because no option for a ZERO.
Only have a 1 star because no option for a ZERO. I agree the service department is dishonest. They gave our vehicle back with a warning light on, vsa light coming on after making turns and disconnected the navigation unit. After Pete’ unprofessional behavior, I asked to deal with the Service Manager who just basically covered for Pete’ behavior. They only reset the lights but left Navigation nonfunctional, steering wheel loose and another issue that I did not mention. I actually considered purchasing a new Acura but I prefer to take my green money elsewhere.

I really hoped my review would have been a positive one,
I really hoped my review would have been a positive one, but my experience was not. I’m going to start by saying, I live in NJ. I purchased a “Certified Pre-Pwned” 2021 Technology Package RDX at this dealership, and traded in a Honda Accord that was in excellent condition with low miles given the year of the vehicle. In addition to my trade, I had a $20 grand down payment. The car was being sold for $44 grand. I have been wanting this vehicle, and I saved for this for a long time. This vehicle was advertised as never being in an accident and having one previous owner, with a clean CARFAX report. A few months into owning the vehicle, I noticed the passenger side window moldings coming off, in addition to the moldings on the passenger side door. I happen to be driving by a body shop, and was told the car was in accident. Naturally, my heart dropped, and I did not believe what I was being told. I then called Montgomery Acura, to inquire if my car was involved in an accident, and was told it was not in an accident. The dealership that serviced my vehicle replaced the moldings several times, but it continued to be an issue. My servicing dealership looked at my SUV closely and also determined it was involved in an accident. They pointed out the welding on the inside of the door. I had the vehicle for a year at this point. Needless to say, I was livid! I was completely disgusted and disappointed, as this was an Acura dealership; this was not a Bob’s discount dealer. I had a lot of respect for the Acura/Honda brand. I immediately contacted the dealer, and returned the SUV, pointing out the issues. They claimed to have not been aware the SUV was in an accident, despite having knowledge the paint color on the passenger side was different. This is where I take issue! This was a clear indicator the vehicle was in an accident, however; it was ignored, because it was not on the CARFA. Sounds like fraud to me. Anyway, I was told my down payment could not be transferred to another vehicle, and so I was forced to lease. They did pay off the damaged vehicle, and I did not have to put any money down for the lease, but this entire situation should have never happened. I initially went in for a purchase, not a lease. Buyer beware! I I must say, I did appreciate Kevin G, for being responsive/ respectful to me when I emailed him about the issue.

Beware of this dealership!
Beware of this dealership! No matter what you ask them to do they find other things you need. We took our RDX in for inspection and the service advisor told us our battery was bad. I found this to be odd as we replaced it less than a year ago. We took it to advance auto to replace it again and they told us it was fine. As we were driving home we noticed a small sticker on the windshield that stated the tires and battery were both good. I am convinced they are compensated by selling unneeded parts and services. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership. Needless to say we will no longer use them for service or purchases.

I bought a 2011 Acura Mdx from here.
I bought a 2011 Acura Mdx from here. I did not know they had not had any inspection done on the car (which I thought should be done by any dealer). And after I signed the contract, they began to inspect the car and it turned out there were many problems with the car. The quote from their service department is over 11000. The manager told us to take it to somewhere else to inspect. We did and have a quote of 5000 from my mechanic. I think it is unfair to ask them to fix everything, so I only ask them to fix the most important issues, which would be around 3000 dollars. But the manager said no. Now I am trying to get a lawyer to help me.
