The staff is very kind and always willing to assist and answer questions. they have snacks, drinks, comfortable seating, and TV to keep you entertained while you wait. I'm proud to be an owner of Toyota. That is mainly because of peace of mind that I get when it comes to maintaining this vehicle. I feel like I'm in good hands on the road. Especially since Kia and Hyundai just had a huge recall. I feel like I made the right choice to become a member of the Toyota family. overall good service but they always say you need something extra just because mileage feels like they are trying to get extra cash

Tried to order a vehicle. They added over 3k in options I did not want. On top of this, we get an email from the sales manager saying that because of the demand for the truck, they are going to upcharge us 7500.

My visit was excellent. Jason Rhodes was the guy who helped us out. Jason is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Jason listens to you and answers all your questions you have. Everyone else in the dealership is also just as nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I recommend Chatham parkway toyota to everyone who wants the same experience I had. Their prices on vehicles are very reasonable. I didn't buy 1 vehicle,I bought 2. I did my research before choosing them and overall they had the best selection of automobiles. Due to these hard times with covid alot of dealerships aren't providing a whole lot of inventory at this time.
