Getting my daughters car serviced out of state

They keep you informed during the complete service any surprise problems they contact you promptly to try to keep you’re service on time. They even send video of surprise problems so you can see the actual problem and let’s you make a informed decision on the repairs

Excellent experience

Our experience with Eskridge was excellent. The process was easy and smooth. When we decided to buy after our test drive. Our salesperson told us the whole process should be complete in about an hour and a half. They were true to their word. Thank you Mario.

Great place, great service, super people, not just to do business but just to visit with they go the extra mile to please the customer. I live in the Texas panhandle & doing business with Eskridge is well worth the drive to OKC. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Ask for Sonny, he’s very knowledgeable and is an excellent listener for understanding your needs. The entire process took all but an hour & 30 minutes which is a win in my book.

Had autobody work done after a collision. The work looks amazing. Cannot tell at all that it needed repair. The office needs work on customer service skills.

LOANER CAR TIRE BLOWOUT HORRIBLE COSTLY EXPERIENCE

MARCH 2022 Horrible costly experience. Loaner car had blowout Dropped car for repairs Sat Mar 12, aprx 10:30am. Received a loaner vehicle, which had left rear bumper damage. (Noted by walk around inspection). Left dealership, traveled to high way and headed S. to I-35, on I-35 at SE 44th St. I heard a pop sound. I checked rear view and saw nothing + no reaction from surrounding vehicles. At I-240 I exited and felt vibration so I pulled into Home Depot at I-240 & Shields. I had a blowout. On Monday the service tech called to go over my needed reairs, over $5K in needed service. I was able to allow the cracked radiator fixed for $1100+.. The service tech did not mention me being responsible for the blowout, but acknowledged that he was aware of it. On Fri March 19th I arrive to get my car. Because nothing had been said further about the blowout I made the mistake of assuming that I was not responsible because no one told me that I was. I paid for my car. The service tech who collected my payment then told me, ‘’I will be right back’’. When he came back, he told me that I owed for the tire. I told him the blowout occurred less than 10 minutes after I left the dealership and that I felt the tire had a nail. This conversation soon lead me to the Service Manager office where the conversation continued. I then ask how much for this tire. $350.00, and I had just paid $1100+ for my own repairs. I was then somewhat lectured about being responsible for the loaner which I understand and agree to every time now and in the past, however in the case of this tire which I pointed out, the probability of a nail was apparent. The dealership will take no part of this responsibility, despite my over 10 years of dedicated patronage. I did appeal to the service manager to split the difference of the cost, which was agreed to but would cancel my loaner privileges in the future, thus punishing me for something that I believe was already damaged. The service manager talked about a rock cracking a window which would be not my fault but my responsibility. That is not the same as a blowout that could be caused by an already lurking and damaging nail just pending a blowout. Now I am torn for one reason, I gave my word that I would pay on March 12th mostly because I felt they would not release my car which I had just paid for in full I got my brakes done today, another place. I told them what happened, the Tire Tech ask me if I hit a curb or something big, because if not he said ‘’that tire most likely had a nail already that caused it to blow once the car picked up speed’’. My thoughts exactly but now, from a tire professional. Another Service professional, A former Eskridge Lexus Tech said NO WAY SHOULD I PAY, he says Lexus has road hazard that covers their tires or at least they used to when he worked there. I understand that I am responsible for damage I do, not for damager that is already present and that can cause further damage. The tire light did not come on the loaner after the blowout, that’s why I was not aware, it came on after I stopped, cut the engine off & back on. The tech at Lexus tells me if the tire had a nail the light would have been on, I disagree because that is not how it works on my Lexus. LIGHT COMES ON WHEN TIRE PRESSURE DROPS, not when it picks up a nail. The customary walk around the loaner would not have revealed a nail in a tire! My responsibility: f I wrecked or obtained any damage that was not already present. NOT My responsibility: a tire with a nail pending a blowout (which in this case can’t be 100% proven by me or the dealership) or brakes failing and causing a wreck. I would be the one who wrecked but faulty brakes would be the actual cause, what then, still the innocent driver who happened to be the one driving when it failed? In this situation, my major struggle is going back on my word to the service manager. Am I being noble, stupid, irresponsible or what?

Five Stars

I normally do not write reviews one way or the other and don’t normally do social media, but in this case I will make an exception. Eskridge Lexus (Skip, Rick in service and especially Curtis Dorman in sales) have sold our family 5 cars since 1992 and the quality of the cars, the service and especially the sales staff have been incredible. With three children and their teenage desires for different cars we have had to deal with BMW, Jeep and Mercedes dealerships for sales, repairs and maintenance. It isn’t even close! Apparently the Eskridge family knows how to run a dealership and keep great employees. Cudos to Eskridge Lexus!
