I want to take a moment to recognize Mike Harris for the outstanding service he provided—not just once, but twice. My wife initially visited Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett with the intention of purchasing a new Lexus RX 350h. Mike was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. Unfortunately, we couldn’t come to an agreement on a price that felt fair for both sides, and while we didn’t end up buying the vehicle, we left with a deep appreciation for Mike’s professionalism and kindness. We genuinely felt bad that the deal didn’t work out, because Mike had been so wonderful. Just a few days later, my mom mentioned she wanted to get out of her Toyota 4Runner for something easier to get in and out of. Immediately, we thought of the RX—and more importantly, we thought of Mike. Based on our previous experience, I knew he would take great care of her, and he absolutely delivered. Mike treated her with the same respect, patience, and attentiveness that he had shown us. If it weren’t for him, she would have purchased something from a different dealership. Mike Harris is a gem. He truly takes care of his customers and has the perfect temperament for sales—always positive, always helpful, and always going above and beyond. He treats people the way he would want to be treated, and that makes all the difference. If you're considering a Lexus, do yourself a favor and ask for Mike Harris. You’ll be glad you did.

We had an amazing experience working with Michael Tran at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett! He helped my family purchase a 2023 RX 350, and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided. What really stood out was how well Michael took care of my dad throughout the process. Since my dad only speaks Vietnamese, it can sometimes be hard for him during big purchases like this—but Michael was incredibly patient, respectful, and made sure my dad fully understood everything. Being able to speak Vietnamese with my dad made a huge difference, and it really put our whole family at ease. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He went above and beyond to ensure we found the right car, and he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I had a very disappointing visit to your dealership. I would think your leadership at the dealer will as well. I came to get info on a specific SUV I want to purchase but I was informed by 2 different associates that the info was not available to print and give me. However, I was told she could arrange for a salesman to talk with me. #1) If I had wanted a salesman, I would have asked for one. #2) If those two ladies couldn't provide me with a hard copy of the information/options I want on the SUV, then a salesman couldn't either!. #3) This may have been an easy sale which Hennessy just lost!

I’ve purchased many cars in my life.
I’ve purchased many cars in my life. However, this was my BEST experience. I purchased a vehicle at another dealership and I wasn’t happy with the vehicle for personal reasons. I needed a SUV. I called around to a few dealerships and receive no assistance. I decided to phone this dealership. I was immediately given the wonderful Mr. Charles as my salesperson. He immediately made my issues his issues. He started working with the finance director Rich. Keep in mind I reside in NC. I wanted a GX 550 Luxury; however, there are non available to purchase. He was transparent the entire time. He offered some reasonable solutions (RX and TX). I viewed those but wasn’t to thrill. I wanted something less common and sporty. I then inquired about the LX 700H. He checked his inventory and one was still pending programming. I asked for additional pictures and he forward a video IMMEDIATELY! Love at first sight! He started working with the Rich (finance). Rich worked with LFS. The magic began. Mind you, I had some challenges my location, negative equity, and numbers. The cancellations of the previous warranties and offer on my old/new car worked all in my favor! Thank you GOD! I would highly recommend these two. Their level of patience, customer service, resolution mentality and knowledge on the Lexus brand is superb! They didn’t treat me funny because I was out of their market. I was treated like local customer. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by my salesperson (Charles Washington). Signed my documents with Rich. All done. Nope! Charles and Rich placed me in the wonderful hands of Meghan. Meghan is extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus brand. She assisted me in customizing my vehicle to my personal preferences. She walked me through step by step (mirrors, height adjustments, light preferences, safety settings) til completion. She answered every question. She watched me compete the steps to ensure I was doing them correctly. She has the patience of a teacher (she was once). Her guidance and the adaptation to assist you based on your learning preference works perfectly. I would highly recommend this dealership in its entirety! I’m a customer for life! Hands down this is my best experience ever! It felt good to be welcomed and appreciated as a person and not a number!

Beware this location I bought two cars from here and sold my Gx they refuse to keep my gap warranty I haven’t received over 6months now ,where my gap warranty refund??? By law you can’t keep no one gap refund !
