To be honest, I feel like the service at your dealership

To be honest, I feel like the service at your dealership has been awful. I previously purchased a vehicle that I was not satisfied with and was told I could swap it out, but I have been repeatedly given the run-around. I have spent a significant amount of time waiting at the dealership on multiple occasions without receiving any help. Additionally, I feel the trade-in value offered for my vehicle is far too low. Although I still want to purchase a vehicle from you, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. Sales person Kalvin Houlden at Lexus Clear Lake

The schedule service visit was awesome.

The schedule service visit was awesome. The service technician was extremely busy but made the time to take care of my needs. He service my vehicle in records time . This is the third time I have been at this dealership each time the service experience is better.
