I had and easy buying experience where my questions were answered and unlike most dealers the pricing was clear and transparent with no mandatory add ons. Peter was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I went to Houston to look at a Vehicle advertised and found a new vehicle…my salesman Jack Way was awesome…friendly, knowledgeable and professional and NOT pushy…I never felt pressured to buy and the transaction went seamless and soooo easy…I’ve bought many cars in the past and this was the absolute best 🥰

I reLly disliked all the upselling. A $95 oil change for Lexus is to be expected, I guess. But an hour and a half wait was ridiculous. Also, a $155 for a cabin filter and $55 to rotate tires is a bit much. Finally an effort to sell me a new tire with less than 10000 miles on it was the cherry on top. I paid for the oil change, which is what went there for. I?ll keep shopping around. This can?t be the best around.
