Its ok. I paid for a car wash in my package and I did not receive. Had to wait 15 minutes for the person to check me in even though I had an appointment. This was my first time at the dealership in houston. I really expected it to be more.

I took my car in for all and filter change. They complete the work in a very timely manner pointed out a couple of items that I needed to take care of and had me on my way in a little over an hour. Alice did a Great job.

First time buying a Lexus. I have bought 26 cars throughout my driving life and this experience was one of the best. Eric Robinson was great to work with and I appreciated everyone at the dealership being patient with US Bank and their terrible lease close out process which took over 2 days. (This was not a Lexus problem - it was a US Bamk lease close out problem with a Dodge Durango lease.). Would highly recommend Lexus Clear Lake!
