Lexus Clear Lake definitely gets 5 Stars from me. I now own my 4th Lexus and their leadership and service are beyond amazing. I just had my 2017 serviced and John Murphy went above and beyond to advocate for me in a problem I had at the manufacturing level. I also purchased my 4th and new 2025 Lexus from Eric Robinson. So much new technology! I’ve used Eric on all my purchases. Wouldn’t use anyone else!! Happy Lexus Customer!!

The service provided today went very well.

The service provided today went very well. I arrived on time and the Lexus Service Rep, Josh, was there ready to greet me at 7:40 am. The 110K service performed took approximately 6 hrs. It was an extensive job that was completed on the same day. Great job guys!

This was my 5th annual service visit.

This was my 5th annual service visit. This time, as each time, was a good experience. Everyone and everything is top notch. I wish I didn’t live 50 miles away. The location of this dealership is the only negative thing. The traffic around that area is dangerous. I had two near misses on the I45 feeder road over the years.
