I had a recent service for my 2013 Rx 350. My experience was exceptional because ofTammie Johnson, my service consultant. She was personable, knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard throughout the process. I had to bring the vehicle back to the dealership for additional assistance and Tammy continued to be positive and directed my car to the appropriate technicians to complete the work. Tammy will be the reason I return to Lexus of Huntsville.

Great service! Drew Kennedy was courteous and helpful . He handled my 10,000 mile service. I was kept informed via text. I was even given an estimated timeframe over the phone when the appointment was made.
