From the moment I called the service department, I was met with concern and compassion for the difficulties I was having with my Odyssey. Kathryn stayed on the phone with me until she could connect me with Josh. He quickly diagnosed the most likely cause of my car breakdown. A new battery was quickly installed at the dealership. Quick and efficient!

Good customer service!

Good customer service! Techs are always informative & making you aware. I take care of my car & have it regularly serviced & they keep asking to buy it back. But no plans to fo do.

I would like to thank Graham Edward’s , Kimberly Biggs and the rest of the team for the awesome service and multi-point inspection on 12/17/24 for my 2020 Honda Crv !! The whole process was professional and very timely . The waiting room and other areas of the building were clean and provided me with more than I could ask for. Graham Edwards listened to my needs and explained every detail that his team provided on my first visit with Milton Martin Honda. I left feeling confident that my Honda was given the attention needed to complete my first inspection and take the worry out of my holiday travels next week!
