I have waited months for a recalled part for my 2022

I have waited months for a recalled part for my 2022 Ridgeline and its still not in!! No help from the service department! This is a bad way to do business

Jake was courteous and efficient.

Jake was courteous and efficient. He kept me informed as to what the potential problem was and even gave some much needed tips on how to prevent future problems. The repair cost was minimal. Not knowing what to expect I could have been taken advantage of but was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely use Milton Martin again with confidence

Can't say enough good things about the Service Dept!

Can't say enough good things about the Service Dept! Most recently, Enzo Di Vaio has taken care of me and my Pilot - he's terrific. All other personnel I have dealt with in the past 9 years since purchasing my first Pilot have been first rate as well. Every time I wait while my vehicle is serviced, I am offered snacks and water which is not necessary but a pleasant courtesy. The only thing I would wish for is for them to bring back their complementary car wash!
