A/C. Was blowing warm air. Turns out the system was leaking everywhere. Repair was made in a timely manner. It took several days because parts had to be ordered so I had a loaner to drive.

My service with Lexus IS Always easy and organized. My service person this time was Rhett and he was excellent and kind. He showed me two hubcaps were badly dented and told me they could fix those. Thanks to him now they look brand new. The gentleman that checked me in is always so nice. He is a man of color and I wish I knew his name. Great guy!
