It was a hassle-free experience. Everyone was super friendly! I was surprised and blown away by how many safety items were fixed before putting it for sale. That gave me Peace of mind that I was buying a vehicle that was going to be safe for my family and I to drive off in. I would definitely recommend buying from Lexus of cool springs Tennessee!

Received an e-mail at 1730 the day prior to seeing the vehicle saying it had been sold and left me scrambling to find something different. It is what it is but I’d never consider them again.
