Northside Lexus

Jason actively cares about people. I was in a bind and he was timely and engaged. This is the 3rd or 4th vehicle I have purchased with Jason and the Northside family. Every Time I have reached out to Jason, he was been engaged and timely. He treats me like I matter. That's a big deal because he understands that he is also in the people business....He gets it!!!

Doug Dyer was very easy to work with and come to an acceptable agreement. The automobile I purchased was not a Lexus brand, but Doug still knew how to work the electronics and systems of the vehicle. Thanks Doug!

We purchased a used car, unfortunately we bought it site unseen, we drove in from Austin to pick it up. The dealer would not hold it for me with a deposit and the car was not in great condition. In addition we had to wait several hours at the dealer, when we had made an appointment to pick up the car, which was already paid for before we got there, with our own financing. Several employees were just sitting around but nobody could help us, clearly not a well run dealership. I would not recommend shopping here.

Very different from other dealers. I do not know why? Because you are selling expensive cars? So attitude needs to be different?

This experience was a blessing. They helped me when I didn’t see a way . God put it on their hearts to help me a d for that they will forever be Blessed. God did!
