I came in for my first service and expected to not pay
I came in for my first service and expected to not pay for balancing. So fine, it's not included, which is orally considering I paid $65K for a new car. I asked how long it would take because I was waiting. She said not long. I assume about an hour. An hour later she came over after she saw me looking and said it was half way through balancing. An hour later I was up again asking for a status. There was a loose piece under back panel that needed to be glued back, that plus a tire rotation and balance should not take 2+ hours.
