Car shopping recently & had a dissatisfied experience in pre-owned sales & finance dept. Not following customer’s request. I guess they cater to certain clientele.

Spent 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. After 2 hours...

Spent 2.5 hours for a simple oil change. After 2 hours asked why my service was taking so long. Response was my key was not brought up yet. Service person did not even check. Finally found, maybe, the manager. He found my key on the service person's desk. I used synthetic oil. Suppose to last 1 year before needing an oil change. Sticker date had a six month service date. When I asked why, the response was the need to reset the oil gauge and check oil fluids. I wonder how much that will cost and the time I must take to have it complete. Look for another Lexus service company.

False advertising

I am very disappointed with my visit to the Lexus of Lexington lot today, I was on a hunt for a SUV today and saw the one that I wanted to purchase cash only to be told that the price on the vehicle I wanted was wrong. I noticed Ron Voss who stated that he was the assistant General manager to only get a I am sorry for the mistake. I asked to speak to the General manager but was told he was in a meeting with no return call back. I have purchased 2 Lexus vehicle from this lot only to be shunned off. I am very disappointed with how this was not handled. FALSE ADVERTISING AND A CASE OF BATE to get you on the lot!

We of course apologize for the mistake in the window sticker on the vehicle. Our lot attendant accidentally put a pre-owned IS window sticker in the vehicle rather than the correct sticker for the vehicle you were looking at. We hope you understand that we too are human and occasionally make mistakes this being one of those moments. We understand our Sales Manager and General Manager have reached out to let you know that of course we would never put the wrong window sticker on a vehicle on purpose and that we hope we are able to help you in your search for you perfect new vehicle.

Love my RX 350

Having recently purchased a Lexus, we could not be happier. Javier De La Rosa was an excellent salesman. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and we never felt pressured. I returned for a hands on quick course from Javier and his patience was overwhelming. Thank you Javier for excellent service.

Next-Level Customer Service!

I bought a pre-owned GX 460 last week. The day after my purchase I noticed an issue with the vehicle. I reached out to the dealership. Upon learning of my dissatisfaction, Blake, the General Manager, quickly reached out to me in hopes of resolving my issue. I went back to the dealership and Blake, Joe, Steve and Ty went above and beyond to make sure they had a happy customer. Most dealerships will not match their level of customer service. Do yourself a favor and check them out for your next Lexus purchase!

Perfect buying process

This was my first Lexus purchase and it definitely won't be my last. Pressure free buying process and the facilities are incredible. Everyone involved, Kara, Nick and Lorie, ensured it was a perfect transaction.

I was very disappointed with the service I received after...

I was very disappointed with the service I received after a very good buying experience. One of the doors of my new ES300h was dinged by something which flew out from under a car passing me on Interstate 75. I called to schedule getting it fixed. I also wanted to have the paint protectant put on my new car. The woman on the phone scheduled my appointment and a loaner car for me to use. When I arrived for the appointment I was told I was "not in the system". The person who fixed dings had already gone home, and since it was a cold day the paint protectant couldn't be done either. Of course I wanted the Ding fixed first anyway. So I drove an hour and a half to Lexington for nothing. The only reason I gave them two stars is because they told me someone would call me to arrange for them to pick up the car at my house and leave me a.loaner in about a week and a half. We'll see if that happens. Beginning to wish I'd stuck with Lincoln.
