Apt @ 11 , not done until after 3pm. Was not told status unless I asked xx engine light still on, rear still rattling. No sanitary done.

I brought my Element in to have the battery replaced. I also told them my car was making noises and rattling in the rear. My battery was replaced, and I got a service required notice for items found during the inspection. The repair number is 928652, date 2-16-2020, The power steering fluid level needs attention. Belts condition, fluid leaks, oil seeping around timing cover, Rear shocks (leaking) Steering and suspension condition needs immediate repair, . My dashboard light ‘needs maintenance, came on. I called to make an appointment. I asked to have either a pick up of my car at my home, or a Courtesy ride home and back to Honda. Was told Not available, nor was a loner car. I got there for my appointment and met w my associate. I told her I wanted my maintenance service done and the recommended services noted from my Dec. inspection. That’s when the dissatisfaction with Roseville Honda was evidenced. She wanted to charge me for an inspection, I told her I had had one. She couldn’t find any records of my visit and recommended services. I found that a real issue with Roseville Honda, not having access to previous inspection information. I told her I wanted the suspension checked, and the oil leaks etc. my car was taken for service at approximately 11. I waited and awaited for up dates. Bottom line, no suspension repair, no leak repair, no belt repair, and on top of that my maintenance needed light was still on! My rear is still rattling and feels wired, I didn’t get steering fluid service, nor belts. I was there until after 3 pm. To say I am unhappy is putting it mildly. I could understand a half xxx job if I didn’t have an appointment, as there wouldn’t be time to do the required services, but I was confident that since I had an appointment and was on time, and waiting, I would have everything done, and given up dates. I did get a ride home, even though I was initially told they where not available, how ever it was after 3 pm and I realized hati didn’t have my keys to get in my house, so we drove back to the shop. My recommendations are: provide rides, have the required mechanics available, have the service rep review the history of the vehicle prior to the appointment so the client feels like you actually care about excellent service! Turn up the volume on the tv. Maintain the coffee service, and let customers know where the snack machine is located. Give customers updates on status of service, either by the representative or via txt messages from the mechanics or the porters. It’s the little things that make the difference, like knowledge of the vehicle, access to all previous records, timely updates, written quotes, and not lies about Sanitation of the car. Which wasn’t done either. I have had my car since 2003. I love my car and I want to be secure in knowing that she has been taken care of by a qualified team. A complete review and detailed w the service rep of what was done and signed by the service rep.and the client. PS I am pleased to note the filthy carpet tiles where removed! An idea, to have an electronic update accessed via cell phone, Have a better appointment system, so the phone doesn’t ring and ring, you could have off site employees to handle it. Also the parts dept needs better coverage, As a retired Commercial Designer with Managment, space planning, and design to address the functionality of work space and clients satisfaction, there is more that could be done to make your location shine. I found this dealership on line when I was looking for a brand new Odyssey. They helped me pre contract the car as soon as they were able to. The dealer that I worked with used texting to communicate with me which is my most preferred method of communication. When I was at the dealership, everyone was friendly and helpful.

The service advisor I had an appointment with did not go...

The service advisor I had an appointment with did not go to work that day. I was told that the service advisors cannot get into the computer records of the other advisors so I had to explain to Brenda, the service advisor that worked with me, what I was in for, routine maintenance and to repair my rear bumper. She had to get hold of the body shop to see if they could fit me in. After about three hours I was told they could work on the bumper, My biggest complaint is the service advisors cannot see what the other advisors work load is in case one is unable to come to work.

The first part of my appointment was very frustrating I waited 1 hour and 30mins. Before I finally got a adjuster to help me. I finally went back downstairs and ask how much longer I had to wait, they gave me a adjuster then. After that I had great service my adjuster was great, service on my car was also good.
