Sold me a faulty car.

Bought a car from this place about 4 months ago. Since then, all four tires have needed to be replaced. Had to put in a new battery about a month ago, and now the car just completely won't start. There has also been an oil depletion problem, that no mechanic I take it to can seem to identify the source of. However, they did find evidence of a problem under the car being fixed haphazardly, something that didn't show up on the Carfax, which they insisted was accurate in showing that the car had been properly maintained through the years. Since purchasing the car, I've already had to put about $1,000 towards repairs. I understand that this is a used car dealership, and that repairs may be needed, but there is a big difference between buying a car I can actually use, and a two-ton paperweight. Highly recommend you do not take your business here.

Good selection, Fast and Friendly service

We appreciated the courtious salesman and making us feel comfortable. Their honesty about the vehicles and what we were particularily looking for was greatly appreciated, as well. There was no problem getting a good trade-in amount. Paperwork was handled fast and effeciently.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

They are nice as can be while they are trying to sell the car. Told us exactly what we wanted to hear but was a different story once we signed the paperwork. LIES, LIES, LIES. Just don't understand why some people can't be honest and still sell cars! AND MAKE SURE TO CAREFULLY READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN NO MATTER HOW FAST TIM PUSHES YOU THROUGH IT!!!

Don't buy from here

My husband and I searched through all of Kansas to find the particular vehicle that I wanted, a Subaru Outback, and found just a car at KC used car. After spending less than a week looking and buying I drove my new to me car home. My husband scheduled an inspection (can never be too safe he says) and found a number of problems we were never made aware of. The head gasket was leaking, there were no breakes left on the vehicle, and the cv boot was ripped and now the axle needs replaced. I would never have bought the vehicle had I known about these problems and now we're left to pay almost a grand just the get the vehicle safely on the road.
