Never followed up about my type of plan. Didn’t bother to go back and see if I qualified for a free service based on the type of plan I have. Honestly awful service.

I drive to Ames because I have always had a good experience with this dealership, from purchasing to servicing. I have tried a local dealership owned by the same group for servicing this car, but the experience wasn't nearly as good.
