Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Were striving to give me the deal I wanted. Also, not often you meet the owner of the dealership. I met Kevin on several occasions during the process and he was totally focused on my satisfaction. He also gave me his card should I ever need to contact him personally concerning my new pickup. I would definitely recommend Napa Ford to friends and family and to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality vehicle.

I am always very pleased with my service at Napa Ford, but since I do not live in Napa I would not be recommending it to my friends, and family that live there already have establish service elsewhere.

The people at Napa Ford are always friendly and very helpful. They go the extra mile to provide excellent service and a smile. PS there are ALWAYS coffee and doughnuts in the waiting area!!!

Fast service was appreciated since I was waiting there for my car. I REALLY appreciate all of the service personnel at Napa Ford-Lincoln and when I'm ready to get a new vehicle if it's a Ford it will be because of the service I've received over the years there. My only criticism is the waiting area at the new location.

It was very positive! Jefrey our sales consultant was great. He listened and responded to I wanted to buy. The transaction was professional not pressured. The finance people helped by getting us a great rate and being able to add an extended warranty into the loan when it did not look like that could happen. Bottom line, I enjoyed buying the car I wanted and I felt good driving home.

Had a smog check scheduled for Sat. morning. Problem, no mechanic is schedule to work that day. Arelia (spelling) made an effort to have the smog done by outside venders. But none were available. She ask if one of the mechanics to come in and get mine done. WOW. I travel extensively with my truck for work and time was an issue to get this done. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I called Glenn Ross and told him what I wanted. The vehicle was in Fresno and he told me it would be there the next day. It was but was very scratched and he told me he could not and would not sell it to me. He found me another and we made a deal. He took all my info over the phone and the next day I picked up the vehicle. My wife is thrilled as well as myself. Very easy. Glenn is a pro and this is my 5th car I have bought from him. If I know anyone who is looking to buy I will send them to Glenn.
