My salesman Jeremy listened to what I wanted and let me know when a potential match became available. I had to wait for the car to get certified and detailed, but I had time. The whole process was much less painful than I expected.

Oil change and minor maintenance
This was the first time I had a little difficulty with communicating with the service department. I had a new guy as my service rep and he did not know me or my car as well as my usual pros Arless and Steve. Missed those guys!

Purchased new RDX
Love the new RDX we purchased. All of the individuals that we worked with were informed and helpful. We were concerned about COVID-19 and negotiated our deal mostly by phone. The only items that remained to complete the sale at the dealership was to agree on a value of our trade-in and complete the paperwork. The trade-in was agreed to quickly but the paperwork took too long, requiring us to sit in a small room at the dealership for over 4 hours . I have purchased many cars from Harpers In prior years and expect to purchase more in the future. They have proven to be a very reliable dealership.
