Everything was wonderful. I explained my issue in detail to the service person. He wrote the report as I stated. I was contacted by the service department explaining what needed to be done and the cost. I was provided transportation to and from the dealership. Very enjoyable experience. Great Job done by all. To bad the Mercury line was dropped. I also was asked by Ford Motor to take a survey regarding my Mercury Mountaineer. I went in to great detail about the vehicle and why I love it so much and have not purchased a new vehicle since 2007. Sad to say that the information that I so wanted to be heard was not. I received a candid reply from the survey. Working in IT and creating the Bulkmail process I am fairly certain that the information that I wanted to share went in to the bit basket. Sad about that... Southgate Lincoln was Excellent in all ways... Thanks and Kudos to the dealership....

I arrived without an appointment, for my 35,000 mile service, and was advised there was 1 and a half ahead of me. I waited in the comfortable lounge, and is less time that I thought it would take, I was advised my car was finished. I was very please with the courtesy and honesty of the service dept. workers. I look forward to my next service performance by your company.

As usual.............

I have been a customer of Southgate Lincoln since the 1970's. As usual they were professional and courteous . My service was quick and my time at the dealership was minimal. Great job on the car wash also.
