Hayes Chevrolet Buick GMC

I had been searching for a new truck for awhile, at least a month but was looking for something specific. I found what appeared to be the truck at Hayes Chevy. I drove there from almost an hour away. I was greeted by Ralph who seemed nice enough and told him I wanted to look at a certain truck on the lot. I waited for almost 10 minutes for him to come back with the key. He opened it and very quickly into the conversation it was obvious he didn't know very much about the truck. While I was looking over the truck he answered an incoming cell call and carried on a conversation. When he got back to me he decided to tell me again about the warranty which he has already covered and seemed to be the only thing he did know. I had specific questions I wanted to find out but he either didn't know or wasn't entirely interested in dealing with me. I felt I wasted the morning driving there but was able to find a very similar truck elsewhere and with a salesman who wanted to talk with me and actually could answer my questions.

This is my second vehicle purchase at Hayes and everything went smoothly both times. I am very happy with my automobile and would not hesitate to shop there again.

I have bought ALOT of cars, I have never had an experience as smooth as this one! I would tell all I know to go to Hayes!

I would have to say that my over all experiance with Hayes chevrolet was an excellant one. I looked over several counties for the perfect vehicle,but could not find exactly what I was looking for. I decided to check out Hayes Chevrolet,just as I drove up on the lot I set my eyes on the car I had been looking for,parked right on the show room floor.I was very pleased with the salesmen Robert Thompson,He was very professional, yet friendly,I would higly recommend Hayes Chevrolet to family and friends.
