There was a lot of upselling on items and services I did
There was a lot of upselling on items and services I did not need. I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't even get the tire rotation. My brake fluid was changed, pvc valve changed, was told I needed a battery. I did not need a battery. Was told was tire on the right side had two wheel studs seized therefore rotation couldn't be done. They tried to charge me over $1200. I said no to most of the service and still paid over $400. I will not go back to subaru of Gwinnett.

Subaru makes an excellent car.
Subaru makes an excellent car. The sales Lady was very knowledgably and I rate her the best. Finance Department tried to pull a double taxation fraud on my lease and Tim in Finance was too aggressive in his desire for me to sign the fraudulent lease. He yelled at me and left his chair leaning over me screaming that "you have to pay sales tax", even though it was already included in the quote. His yelling at me and his physical approach to my wired together chest scared me. I am 70 years old. The entire dealership is glass walls, so if I return to the dealership, Tim will see me, but I got so scared I forget what he looks like. The dealership refuses to give me his name and address so I can let my family know. Subaru sells too good a car to have a dealership like this. The finance man was so polished in his fraud and had it pre loaded in his computer. He was so skilled, I believe he does this all the time. And, I believe, there is no way he would have committed this fraud if his boss and the general manager did not approve of his tactics. If I were Subaru Corporation, I would drop this dealership and not allow them to make people think bad about Subaru. If I were to buy a Subaru, I would go to another dealership.

From the time i walked in to end of sale, i had a great experience. Jody Vaughn was a great sales rep. He gave us good info and did not push as too much as other sales reps do in other delerships. He gave us a good deal for our forrestor and he helped us match with carmax for my trade in value as well. Im currently pass one month on my forrestor and its been great so far. Only complain i may have is the seat belt latch on the back seat is sunk into the seat and its hard to put on by my small child. Every time i need to drive, i have to help her since its deep into the seat. Dealership showed me other forrestors on the lot and they all have the same issue. This is something the company needs to fix for all their vehicles.

Great experience! My wife and I were longtime Honda owners before we test drove a couple of Subarus. We now love our 2025 Forester SUV and are completely sold on Subarus. Blake Henley on the sales end was very accommodating and knowledgable and Susan Brown handled our financing with a friendly professionalism, patiently answering our many questions .Thank you, Subaru of Gwinnett.
