Service level was great. However, upfront pricing was dubious. Charges were not clear at all. Because this, I will probably go somewhere else for more affordable maintenance service.

My experience was Superb thanks to Hector Vasquaz. He has a genuine caring personality. He is always courteous and goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations. At this location, when calling customers service I have experienced them to be extremely rude and curt. They have purposely hung up on me multiple times or keep me on hold so long that the phone transfer the call to everybody and their mama without anyone answering, then it disconnects. To resolve that, Hector V. Says to call him directly. My original salesperson appears to ignore me now that I have made the purchase, but Hector has always been true blue and made me feel like their business motto, like a family member and appreciated as a customer. When I was told my windshield wipers needed replacing, I paid for the service only to find out after a rain that they were not replaced. I called Hector who made notations and when I came in for my service he personally ensured that they were replaced. Whatever my issue is with my Subaru, Hector always address my concerns even if the service tech can’t reproduce the issue. One of my tires kept losing air and I was afraid to drive the long distance to the dealership for service, so Hector provided me the pleasure of having my car pickup and a loaner dropped off to ease my mind and calm my fears. I don’t want anyone else to service my car other than Hector. If Hector leaves the dealership, so will I.

I was told, falsely, a new battery would cost me $189.
I was told, falsely, a new battery would cost me $189. When I paid, the battery was $559. I was invoiced for other charges I didn't agree to. My tires were not evaluated when I entered the service garage. Then, later was told the tires had "rot" and needed to be replaced.
