The oil change and tire rotation were great. But not able...
The oil change and tire rotation were great. But not able to repair the A/C condenser because a rock or something went through the grill breather hole and hit the condenser. Pretty unfortunate. Maybe they should’ve put a shield over it to protect it

They were incredibly helpful with finding a car right for me. Pulling similar cars from different brands and test driving them with me. Not to mention the use of the loaner car until mine came in. A large part of why I went with Subaru was the customer service compared to other dealers I had visited.

I had scheduled an appointment online for 10:00, was greeted at my car by a very pleasant service tech who took my name and returned shortly with my maintenance ticket. I had encountered an additional problem when a rock struck my windshield. The service Tech was able to search out information and help me toward a resolution. Throughout the process of oil/filter change and getting information for a windshield replacement, I was kept fully informed. At the end, the car was cleaned. Service was one time.
