The tech could not find the problem. Never called to get more information. The complaint was the drivers mirror is loose. The image through the mirror is blurry when going at highway speed or over. Any kind of minor bumps only the driver side the passenger side does not have this issue. It would’ve been nice to be asked for additional information before returning the car.

The people that I have worked with at the dealership have all been friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I would refer anyone looking for a Subaru to check them out.
