Atlanta Auto Brokers

This is my first experience purchasing a vehicle from out of state. I was looking for a specific spec in the vehicle I was searching for. Found my car on the website of Atlanta Auto Brokers in Marietta, Georgia. I enjoyed my first car buying experience as I spoke with Ms Dianne, as she answered my questions relating to prospective vehicle. She was quite transparent on the condition of the car and allowed me to have a pre-purchase inspection to be done at their dealership. After approval of the inspector, Mis Dianne was transparent as to the dealership fees and costs, pertaining to the price of the vehicle. Thereafter, Mr. Tristen, explained thoroughly the process of making payment for my vehicle. That entire process was smooth, as they received the my payment and had also arranged the transport of the vehicle to my home, which went smoothly. Again, this was my first experience with this type of transaction and I also appreciate the follow up calls from both Ms Dianne and Mr Tristen at Atlanta Auto Brokers. Mahalo nui loa y’all ! 😎🤙🏽🌴☀️

If you have ever wondered why used car dealers have such a bad reputation, look no further than Atlanta Auto Brokers. We purchased a 2015 Grand Cherokee after being assured that it had been inspected and being shown maintenance records. 4 days later, as my son was driving back to school, the engine blew. The diagnosis was a cracked oil filter housing. Our mechanic said this would have been readily apparent in any inspection. It typically happens when a filter is over tightened. When I contacted Atlanta Auto Brokers, they told me they were not responsible and had no idea this would happen. They offered $400, “as a show of goodwill.” Replacing the engine, getting a hotel room, a rental car and traveling to and from school to get his vehicle cost over $5000. When I suggested splitting the cost might be more reasonable, they broke off contact. These people are con artists. They are dishonest and dishonorable. Stay away from these grifters.

Great selection and great service! Made an appointment for a test drive and drove away with a quality low mileage vehicle at a nice price.

We did our homework and knew what we wanted. Our sales rep was very patient and helpful. Great selection of cars, helpful finance department….Great used car experience!

Airbag system and seatbelt tensioner were defective, and not disclosed. That’s a safety hazard. Splash guard was broken and bolts missing, not disclosed. Had to take car back to them which they kept for a week to replace airbag module and seat belt. Left front tire went flat two days after sale and valve stem popped out and was dry rotted. Had to buy two new tires right away. And now discovered an oil leak which I will claim on the warranty I bought. Was told the splash guard was repaired but it wasn’t at all. No replacement bolts put in. Emailed the manager but he never responded. DJ was great, but otherwise, do not purchase a car there.

My experience was Great!! I dealt with Tilford, he was professional, responsive, and got me EXACTLY what I wanted!! I’ve been telling people to go shop with him and each person has had excellent experience!! His customer service is top tier! I’ll shop again in a couple of years for my daughter!

We found our car on line and when we arrived at the dealership the car was there and it was available. However it needed a paint job. Anthony was vey helpful he said no problem it took about a week. He called us we came back to pick up our car. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I recommend this dealership and ask for Anthony!

Found the same 2014 Nissan Maxima SV but with half the milage and the color of white which I wanted 5yrs ago when I bought my first Maxima. The car condition and excellent service records makes up for my trade in price. Tristan was professional and sharp for his age I must say. Overall great experience.
