If I could give the dealership 7 stars I would. They went above and beyond to make sure I ended up with a great car and a great price. I am not from the area but will be purchasing all my future cars from them. They worked within my budget and did everything they could to make it work. I truly appreciate this dealership and the people that work there! Thank you Highline for everything (even when I wasn't the easiest to deal with).

As a husband of a mechanic and 30 years in the service as a heavy equipment mechanic. He couldn’t believe the service we received and this is definitely our family’s solid go to moving forward.

Came from CT to buy a 2015 Infinity Q50. The car was everything I wanted. Put down a deposit and signed my papers within an hour. Went back 5 days later to pick up the car. Honest and fair dealership. Liam was awesome I highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a fair deal.

The selection was very good. Autos I wanted to drive were washed and brought up front for easy review and test drive. Folks were nice and reasonably low pressure for an auto dealership. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car within 30 or 50 minute of their location.

I had an exceptional experience purchasing a vehicle from Highline Group. Upon expressing interest in a test drive, Sales Manager Ted promptly contacted me to arrange the appointment. During the test drive, Salesperson Robert exhibited remarkable enthusiasm and provided a comprehensive overview of the vehicle’s features, addressing all of my questions and concerns. The vehicle was in impeccable condition, as Robert explained that Highline Group maintains an in-house service facility to ensure rigorous quality control. The dealership’s showroom was impressively stocked with a diverse collection of Ferrari, Ducati, and other high-performance vehicles. I promptly finalized the purchase, secured by Highline Group’s competitive loan rate that surpassed offerings from other institutions. I collected the vehicle within one week and have been thoroughly satisfied with the experience. I look forward to returning for future purchases and will confidently recommend this dealership to my associates.

I had an appt with Ivam to see a mini cooper. Drove 1 hour only to arrive and be told the car was sold. He states it had been a “pending” sale, which he wasn’t aware of. He barely said “I’m sorry” and stated “we sell over x number of cars a week and I can’t know every car!” I would never buy a car from this dealership with staff like Ivam.

Advice for others: If you're coming here, be as close to ready to purchase as possible. This dealership may not be the most welcoming place for buyers still in the research phase. I’m currently in the market for a sports car and am in the exploration stage of the buying process. I drove 2 hours to this dealership to test drive a car and get a better feel for what's out there before making a decision. While I appreciated the opportunity to drive the car, I was disappointed by the inappropriate behavior afterward. I was scolded and judged by Gustavo for not being ready to commit that day. I understand that dealerships prefer committed buyers, but making assumptions about a shopper’s intentions can lead to a negative experience — especially for serious buyers who are simply doing their due diligence.

Recently traded in my clunker for a beautiful Mercedes GLK SUV. My sales person, Robert McCallister was very attentive, asked great questions as to what I was looking for and was very patient and kind. The process was very easy; everyone had great attention to detail as to what my needs and wants were. Would highly recommend this dealership; they were highly professional and made me feel at ease through what could have been a stressful process.
