When visiting the dealership, I felt like my vehicle was a priority to the staff that assisted me, especially Mr. John. Everything was explained to me at a level where I could understand it and I feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle on the premises while he was being worked on.

Not satisfied with today’s service at all! Update: Apparently they don’t have great customer service either. I’ve been waiting since May 26th, to see if my claim for my tire would get approved or disapproved. Apparently it wasn’t approved and Mike failed to call me with an update and to mention new pictures were needed. Almost 2 months later, how great is that!! - __-

They operate with a level of cynicism and moral bankruptcy I didn't think was possible in modern business. This isn't a dealership; it’s a predatory enterprise. I doubt seriously the validity of these reviews. They called the olive when I wanted the supposed part that they replaced . Why because they didn’t and that came from their other store when it was going that the fuse is blowing frequently. That’s because of a defective vehicle that was so to me. They suck.
