THE ABSOLUTE WORSE
RUNNNNN!!!!! Purchasing a vehicle with them is like HIGHWAY ROBBERY. They take your money but refuse to solve any issue with the vehicle. 2 months after purchasing a vehicle and they still can’t fix it or trade it or ntn. These people DO NOT CARE!!!!

Worth the trip from sales to finance 100% the best
Called from Augusta Georgia and was inquiring about a Chrysler 300s and they looked out and helped me get into the exact car we wanted and for an incredible price. Unlike all dealerships they are 100 percent up front in everything you don't go expecting one things and get hit with surprises. The finance manager helped me out more than I could ever have imagined and was unexpectedly the upmost honest person I've ever dealt with and fron the minute you get to the lot till when you leave I guarantee you will feel like they want you there and am just not an annoyance like every other place we looked. Everyone from sales to finance made us feel like your leaving there for the best price with the absolute best customer service all around. I can't thank them enough and would recommend to anyone to deal with them. The 2 andba half hour drive was more than worth it and I will be buying from them again and their selection has something for everyone in any price guide your trying to stay in. And their cars are badass with something for everyone

There's a young saleslady name Lachelle , very professional and will make sure you are satisfy with your selection. Highly recommend her and i will buy from there again because of the service. i bought a PORSCHE 911 TURBO.

Customer service horrible and unprofessional
This was the worst experience ever. Firstly, the sales lady at the Snellville location Laverne Anthony was very rude with my fiancé and very unprofessional using curse words. She kept telling him the car that he was approved for sold although he told her he was on the way. She kept giving him the run around and going in circles. Off rip she was informed or aware that I had a 10k down payment and still kept fumbling the ball. Never ever again.

Terrible dealership
I thought this was a nice dealership until they sold me a vehicle with $6000 worth of repairs needed, including an entire rear suspension. I bought this car from out of state, so i had to trust the dealership to send photos and information on the vehicle. They said it was good and nice. I paid $500 out of my own pocket to have it shipped and when it was taken to an actual dealership to get inspected; $6k. They said try and return this vehicle, there is a lot needed. Dealership said “not our problem”. Mind you the wife and i have a new born and told them we wanted a bigger safe vehicle. This vehicle needed brakes and rotors as the vehicle could barely stop! My wife and I are both active duty service members, you’d think they would at least inform us it had no brakes or needed $6k of work. Now we have to go more into debt and trade it in! Terrible "Dealership"
I hope no one ever buys a car from here or has the experience I had. They sold me a vehicle that needed $6k worth of repairs. They did not tell me any of this before hand. I purchased from out of state. After I paid for it to be delivered I took it do an actual dealership that inspects it's vehicles prior to selling them and told me the issues; need entire rear suspension, needed brakes and rotors, oil leak, no rear A/C, and quite a few others. None of these issues were expressed prior to purchase. The dealership said try to return this vehicle as it is not work the $6k to fix. Dealership said no and it wasn't their problem they sold an unsafe vehicle. Way to take care of Service Members who serve your country.

No title
Purchased a car and never received the title. Numerous calls, emails, and conversations with the general manager. Almost eight months later, still no car title.

Do NOT waste your time
I scheduled an APPOINTMENT to look at a vehicle. Got there after over an hour drive to find my sales rep (AJ Torres) called out because of an illness. Understandable. Should’ve called. By, the worst part is they sent the vehicle to another store for someone else to look at that had called last night!! I made my appointment yesterday morning. They didn’t have the decency or courtesy to contact me and give me this information. This, I spent 2.5 hours on the road. Please save yourself the trouble and don’t even start with these folks. Especially Mr. Torres
