After purchasing a vehicle for myself and another for my mother, I realized about two weeks later that an electric vehicle simply wasn’t the right fit for my lifestyle. While other dealerships told me I was nearly $30,000 upside down and offered no real solutions, Daryl stepped in and handled the situation exactly the way he said he would. Daryl gave me a fair and honest trade value, advised me to wait until December when BMW’s year-end incentives and quota programs would be strongest, and followed through completely. He helped me unwind a tough situation and put me into exactly the vehicle I wanted, without marking up the money factor and without adding any unnecessary dealer add-ons. What really sets Daryl apart is accessibility and follow-through.
