Extraordinary service from beginning to end. Rob Harbinson explained the benefits of my extended service plan and answered all my questions. Have serviced two Highlanders and one Rav4 for several years now. Prices may be slightly higher than independent operators but well worth having service performed correctly the first time. There are three Toyota dealers closer to my home in Loganville, but none have compared to the service offered at Heyward Allen. It is well worth the extra drive to experience this level of service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and I have.

Our salesman, SL Mitchell, was a pleasure to deal with. I called him immediately upon getting the posting alert from Cars.com. He secured the car with my deposit, did his advance homework researching our trade-in value, and met the net price we needed. He made the process simple, up to the point where only one of three finance managers was on site, so we sat for about an hour with our hands on our laps. Aside from that, SL did a great job and my daughter is extremely happy with her car.
