This is my third out of state C70 car purchase and I can say that by far the service provided by Kingstowne was far superior than my two previous experiences. The mechanics and appearance of my new Volvo have exceeded my expectations and I am so enjoying the seemless operation of the convertible top. Bill is the best and was so helpful with all the details. I will be a returning customer.

I walked in there on 03/05/15 looking at a 2012 bmw 335 that i have been interested in. I was helped by Sam and Bill. I pointed out a scratch on the vehicle and the next day they took it in for repair and paint. These guys are good people and also provide really good customer service. So the next week i went in there and purchased the car on 03/10/15. I must say that this dealership is hidden from the main road, so it is hard to notice they are there. Oh by the way, they have some nice cars sitting in their lot. I do recommend them to other customers looking for good customer service and also Great Cars!!! Dan

Kingstowne Motorcars came up repeatedly when I was searching for cars as they were always competitively priced and had some of the best selection around. I purchased a G37 IPL and it was such a painless and easy process. There was no pressure from Sean on purchasing the car and he was a very knowledgeable salesman who knew his stuff. A lot of other dealerships I've visited are very pushy towards just sitting down quickly and trying to get you to sign paperwork. The whole process was perfect as I was able to get a great car for a great value. The staff there really does go that extra mile to make sure you are fully satisfied with your car. I highly recommend coming by to check out their inventory and speaking to either Sean or Bill to make the process much smoother.

I am located in Wisconsin and found my dream car (a 2007 Acura TL Type-S) on their lot. I couldn't buy it fast enough!! I called them on a Thursday afternoon, had the car in for a pre-sale inspection on Friday, and bought it that same day. They were more than helpful in assisting me with purchasing this car, which was extremely nice since I was not able to be there in person. They returned phone calls promptly and no matter how much I bothered them, they never seemed to be too busy or upset that I was calling so much. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone! They even helped me get the car set up for shipping since I wasn't able to come get it myself. I just purchased a mercedes slk350 from Kingstowne Motorcars. The service was EXCELLENT. I live in Connecticut and wanted to get as realistic an idea about the car before traveling to Virginia to see and potentially buy the car (as you know, sometimes the pictures on other dealer websites can be misleading). Sean walked around the car (with me on the phone) and inspected it, and told me about the paint chips (very few) and one small scratch. He took the time to really inspect the inside and outside of the care to allow me to make the decision to come and see the car. When I arrived, he was very helpful, answered all my questions, allowed me to test drive the car, and was a complete professional during the entire process. He never rushed me about a decision. I also want to comment on the quality of the vehicle selection. Clearly, this dealership takes pride in their work and wants to offer only good quality vehicles. I was so impressed and happy with Kingstowne, I even looked for another vehicle while I was purchasing this one. (We need to upgrade to an SUV.) They didn't have the one I was looking for, but Sean offered to look around for what we wanted and assist us in purchasing the second vehicle. He even gave me a trade-in quote for the older vehicle we want to trade in. All in all, it was a great experience. I would definitely do business with Kingstowne again.

My experience with Kingstowne Motorcars was absolutely fantastic. I received friendly & helpful service. I didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehicle (like some dealerships make you feel). The Salesman answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. The price of the vehicle was reasonable and the dealership ensured I was satisfied with my purchase. I received a fair amount for my trade-in and the dealership went above & beyond by taking out my stereo system from my trade in & mailing it to my home in a timely fashion. Overall my experience was great. Now I am the proud owner of a Saab 9-3 convertible. I would definitely reccomend this dealership.
