If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have purchased three Mercedes vehicles from this dealership and even referred my sister—who has now purchased her second car from them. Two of the cars I leased were through Patrick Choate, who is now the so-called “Portfolio Director.” Unfortunately, the level of professionalism has plummeted since then. My current lease is ending, and during the return inspection, I was hit with a $250 charge for a missing key. Here’s the issue: I was only ever given one key when I received the vehicle—just like the last lease. I called to raise the issue and was met with immediate hostility and defensiveness from Patrick Choate himself. I was stunned at the tone and attitude. I calmly explained the issue, and also mentioned a past situation where I had been given the wrong payoff amount, which resulted in a call from Mercedes-Benz Financial saying I owed three more payments. They admitted the dealership had made a mistake. Rather than address it, Patrick cut me off and said, “Well that’s between you and them, that doesn’t involve me.” Later that day, he called back and smugly told me he checked the bill of sale and claimed it didn’t say one key was provided. Then added, “My bills are always on point.” Clearly not, because his error has now cost me both in an unfair key charge and unexpected payments. To top it off, his tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. After being a loyal repeat customer and bringing them additional business, I expected a level of respect and service. What I got was arrogance and incompetence. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Go to Walnut Creek, Fairfield, or Sacramento—anywhere else. Funny enough, I just spoke to another customer this week who was returning a vehicle he bought from Pleasanton at a different location because of terrible service. That’s not a coincidence. Do NOT do business with Mercedes-Benz of Pleasanton. They do not value their customers, provide poor documentation, and will cost you more in the long run.

DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP! My husband and I were walking around for about 20 minutes and not one person came over and asked if we could be helped. A Front Desk person said that someone would be with us shortly, we waited around another 5-10 minutes and no one came out to talk with us. This dealership is discriminating against individuals based on what they wear. How do you know if the person in workout apparel does not have money without talking with them. My husband who is African American and I’m Asian just came from a 5k Run…DOESN’T MEAN WE DON’T HAVE MONEY based on what we are wearing! PLUS WE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM TRACY! It’s awful. If we decide to purchase from Mercedes, we are NOT purchasing from this dealership!

Listed a car as a CPO, it’s not and they didn’t fix the

Listed a car as a CPO, it’s not and they didn’t fix the problem since they know about it. Not only that you don’t get the one full year of a warranty, they don’t even offer a basic used car 90 days or even 30 days. Seems fishy to me

We recently had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Stephen Lao, for the purchase of our Mercedes GLE 450. From his prompt response to our inquiry about the car as well as throughout the transaction, Stephen, personable manner and professionalism coupled with the ability to put together a win-win agreement that is fair to us and the dealership., The experience was further enhanced with our interaction with affable Anand Patel, Finance Manager. Based on our interaction especially with Stephen and Anand as well others at this high caliber dealership we would have no reservation in recommending them to our family and friends

I was misled about several features of the 2024 GLC 300 I

I was misled about several features of the 2024 GLC 300 I purchased brand new in September 2024. Test drove the C class and was told the GLC has an identical interior and features. That is not true, I found out AFTER purchase. Now I'm stuck with this car and those features cannot be added in. Spent 65k and I am left with bitterness after this transaction. It's just dishonest, bait and switch.

I would like to give a "5 STAR+" rating to Mr.

I would like to give a "5 STAR+" rating to Mr. Kym Chu. He has been absolutely brilliant in making things happen for me. I truly believe that he has stretched himself above and beyond to make me a proud owner of EQS 580 SUV 4 MATIC (Pinnacle Trim). In fact this is not the first time, It's for the third consecutive time that I have been relying on him (and only him) to get a Mercedes. Thank you so much Kym!! Really appreciate your cooperation. Hope this relationship will grow even further.

Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships.

Came in today after looking at 3 other dealerships. I originally came in for a certified pre owned vehicle. I was greeted with a smile by Mina. We were up front on exactly what we wanted as far as a sales rep went. She hooked us up with John Modica and Andy. These two men were the dream team!! They worked together to get us an awesome deal on the dream car that I wanted. The best part is that it is BRAND NEW and the exact color I wanted. I came in with low hopes and these guys put the bar through the roof for me. These people are awesome. I definitely recommend making the drive even if you're like me and have to travel over 2 hours. It will definitely be worth your while.

ZERO STARS.

ZERO STARS. 2019 AMG vehicle with 50,200 miles. Check engine light came on. Oil pressure pump control valve had failed. Purchased a CPO warranty "the best warranty you can get...bumper to bumper to 100,000 miles" and dealer denies repair and quotes a repair cost of $6500. After repeated requests to show me where in the warranty this is excluded, no response. I HAVE BOUGHT 3 VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO HERE.
