After I completed an online survey by Jeep NA I received a call by Nick the next day filled with profanity, He threaten to come to my residence and "shut me down". You call this a car dealership? is this how costumer service is handled? Horrible!!!!

From my first oil change to a comprehensive inspection of my third PT Cruiser purchase last October I've experienced nothing short of professional hassle free interactions with Terry Hynes and the whole crew of Technicians. Star Chrysler is one of 3 Speedshops in the country and their knowledge and willingness to stand by Mopar Performance parts and installations is important to me as a weekend racer.

I routinely go in for oil changes. I am usually taken care of by Teresa or Daryl. Teresa took care of me today. They are both friendly and accommodating. I frequently call the same day for service and they tell me to come in. I have had my challenger 4 years now. They could not accommodate me only twice. They both apply whatever discounts are available without me asking. The waiting room always has coffee and donuts. It's nice and cool in the summer but a bit cold in the winter. They are both knowledgable of the vehicles they service. I continue to go there even though the warranty has expired.

Daryl, Tony and Teresa were very helpful during the servicing of my vehicle I would continue to definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend any and everyone to go here

My experience with the service department was actually great they had me in and I had to wait for a couple of hours but that was because of the line and then I was out car running and in great shape.
