The paperwork was expedited, which was a positive aspect. The salesperson (NOT LOU ROBERT CUEVAS) I interacted with that day was professional and knowledgeable. I had a regular car-buying experience, and I didn’t feel like I was purchasing a new Toyota. However, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service when I tried to purchase some accessories from the Parts department. On the other hand, my experience with Lou Robert Cuevas was terrible. He was completely unhelpful and disrespectful.
