Salesmen Patrick and Sales Manager Tom Cruz told me if I

Salesmen Patrick and Sales Manager Tom Cruz told me if I did not pick up my Rav 4 Prime the day it arrived that they will release my reservation and sell the vehicle. Vehicle had a very noticeable scratch on the trim of the lift gate at the time of pick up. Patrick and Tom did not take time inspect vehicle before they forced me to go to the dealership. Patrick explained other salesmen wanted to sell my reserved vehicle and Tom would release it to sell. Finance manager Rafeek Samaan did not fully explain or give options to warranties and added them into financing price. Transferred to Senior Sales Manager Juan Guzman who would say he will "take care of me" and not provide any options. Continued to deal with issues until, I contacted General Manager, Kevin Naderi, who's solution was to refund the vehicle pretend nothing happened. Overall, terrible experience from a sleazy dealership. Their mentality is to try to get you to keep quiet by offering something for free. Unfortunately, they have disappointed and let down a first time customer and no amount of "free stuff to take care of me" can fix their image.

If you want the best, ask for Jason. He knows cars, he knows the business, he communicates, he remembers your requirements, he is smart, he is respectful and a sweatheart of a person. The best car salesman I have ever met in my life! He is there to find you a car and make your life better. The dealership is efficient with their paper processing. Friendly people. I bought a car there on March 24, 2023.
